This is 4todo, a task management tool built on the Eisenhower Matrix framework.

Before creating 4todo, I had tried many task managers, but none of them actually helped me improve my productivity. That made me wonder — what kind of task management tool could truly make a difference? The answer was: none! No task manager alone can help you do the work. I realized I needed a method, not just another app.

When I started organizing my daily tasks using the Eisenhower Matrix, my productivity improved dramatically. That’s why I built 4todo — and today, I use it to manage everything from my personal life to work and future planning.

4todo already includes a set of core features such as cross-quadrant prioritization, recurring tasks, and API integration. I’m also working on upcoming team collaboration features like Spaces and task sharing.
