About the product

Blok is an innovative tool that helps you stay productive by blocking access to distracting apps. You choose which apps to block on your phone through the Blok app and can only unlock them by physically tapping the Blok device. This added step encourages mindful phone usage by making distractions harder to access. Blok is designed to introduce a physical barrier between you and your apps, reducing impulsive usage. It helps you maintain focus by requiring you to be intentional about your phone use. By keeping the device away from your workspace, you can create a phone-free zone.
