By using AppRater or submitting content, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must have authority to submit a product or content on its behalf.

AppRater provides discovery, editorial, and archival information. Listings, votes, views, tags, descriptions, and rankings may be incomplete, historical, estimated, moderated, or changed. They are not endorsements or professional advice. We may add, edit, decline, suspend, or remove any listing and may change or discontinue the service.

You retain ownership of product listings, comments, updates, and other content you submit. You grant AppRater a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, edit for clarity or formatting, publish, display, and promote that content in connection with AppRater. You represent that the content is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, not deceptive, and does not contain malware or confidential/personal information you lack permission to share.

Every product comment and update is subject to moderation. You may claim to represent a product only when authorized to do so; AppRater may verify, relabel, edit, reject, or remove a note. Submission does not guarantee review, publication, placement, traffic, ratings, or continued availability. You remain responsible for your product, claims, customer support, and compliance with applicable law.

Promotion is optional, begins only for approved listings, and does not influence editorial approval. Current price, billing interval, currency, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. PayPal processes payment and may impose its own terms. Subscriptions renew until canceled through PayPal. You should cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal.

Except where law requires otherwise or AppRater fails to provide a purchased promotion, amounts already charged are generally non-refundable. Contact us promptly about billing errors or service issues. Nothing here limits mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights available in your jurisdiction.

Donations through PayPal are voluntary support for AppRater, do not purchase a product or special placement, and are generally non-refundable except for duplicate/error payments or where required by law. Donations are not represented as tax-deductible.

You may not misuse the service; evade security or moderation; scrape at a harmful rate; submit spam, unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content; impersonate others; interfere with operation; or use AppRater to distribute malicious code. We may restrict access and cooperate with lawful investigations.

Listings and advertisements link to independent sites, and checkout may redirect to PayPal. AppRater does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, products, transactions, or policies. Review their terms before using them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppRater is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, non-infringement, or results. AppRater is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or third-party products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid AppRater in the preceding 12 months or USD 50. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

We may update these terms and will update the effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law. Before starting a formal dispute, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law and courts are determined by mandatory law and the operator’s place of establishment; no term deprives consumers of protections or forums they cannot lawfully waive.
