Cadence brings pregnancy preparation and contraction timing into one calm place on iPhone. Explore birth preparation lessons and breathing practice. Keep appointments, questions for your care team, packing lists and birth preferences close. Record symptoms, weight and sleep. Time contractions with a tap, review their duration and spacing, and keep a summary you can choose to share. Cadence Pro is required after onboarding, including contraction timing. Subscription options and any eligible introductory offer appear in the app before purchase. An active contraction session is never interrupted by a purchase prompt. Cadence is informational only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or predictions.
