About the product
Candor is the first truly automated 360° feedback platform that transforms performance management by collecting and analyzing continuous feedback with zero administrative burden. After a simple one-time setup, our AI intelligently identifies optimal feedback moments based on calendar interactions, generates contextual questions, and delivers powerful insights that drive employee growth and team performance. The system works silently in the background, collecting high-quality anonymous feedback while providing managers and leaders with a comprehensive performance context that eliminates recency bias and supports more objective talent decisions. By automating the entire feedback process from collection to analysis, Candor creates the continuous feedback culture that characterizes high-performing organizations while reducing administrative time and potentially decreasing voluntary turnover.

For product owners
Promote Candor
Every listing gets one post to our X and Threads followers. It is seen once, then the traffic stops. Promotion keeps Candor in front of people instead.
- Back in the X and Threads rotation: Candor gets posted again instead of once.
- A promoted slot on the AppRater homepage, carrying a Promoted badge.
- A direct link to Candor from a DR45 site (Ahrefs Domain Rating), with no redirect in between.
- A labelled spot in the weekly email to AppRater subscribers, one promoted app per issue.
- Stays on the first screen however old the listing is, while new submissions push everything else down.
