Candy Run is an endless runner game where the player has to help the little monster to flee as long as possible. Different from other runners, in Candy Run the user interacts with the scenery instead of the main character. The game encourages the player to challange his friends (and himself!) to beat their record by connecting to Game Center, Facebook and Twitter. One of the most interesting feature of the game is the ”Candy Bar”, which when fully completed, awards the player with an random special item. The closer the enemy is eliminated, the faster the bar will fill.

It costs only $0.99 and includes in-app purchase feature to allow the user to obtain more coins. Note that the in-app purchase is totally optional since the player can buy and upgrade all the special items using the coins collected in-game.

The game itself took us 6 months of development and the team consisted of one iOS developer, one designer & 2D artist and one project manager. We also involved the rest of the company in QA and gameplay definition.
