Launched on iOS in April 2013, Captain Dash is a useful Dashboard Analytics app available free to download. It collects data from your social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Analytics, Foursquare, and Atlas, and puts it all on one screen as different widgets. Custom dashboards are also available to the user also. Captain Dash ties the two together by making them interactive and all on one screen.
The app tracks metrics such as web traffic, social platforms, marketing spending, sales and KPI from the data extracted. It leverages Hadoop along with cloud architecture to show a comprehensive look at Internet activity. There is a limit of 20 sources, and the user must subscribe to obtain more.
