Old burned-in subtitles cannot be switched off like a separate subtitle track. Caption Remover helps creators clean one manually selected fixed caption area before re-editing footage they own or have permission to process. Upload an MP4 or MOV, mark the rectangle, review the result, and download an MP4. Clips are limited to 50 MB and 60 seconds; output is 720p-equivalent. Processing runs in a server queue and can take minutes; reconstructed areas can show artifacts. An account is required. The first three successfully completed videos are free, followed by paid minute allowances: USD 9.90/month for 60 minutes or USD 19 once for 100 minutes. Private files expire within 24 hours. Submitted by the product maker.
