Somebody will ask you for the file on a customer you took on eighteen months ago: what you collected, who signed it off, and when you last looked at it. This site is for the person who has to answer that. The free checklist sizes what a customer file has to hold at each risk rating and what a year of running them costs; the paid plan keeps the files afterwards, each with its rating, its evidence, its approver and the date it falls due again.
