CopyThat is SMS-first dispatch software built specifically for small field-service shops running 2–10 trucks. Unlike enterprise platforms priced for fifty-truck fleets, CopyThat solves the real problem: technicians refuse to install apps, so jobs get buried in group texts and nothing gets tracked.
Here's how it works. You create jobs on your dispatch board—type them in or import your existing spreadsheet. Each job card contains the time window, customer, address, and notes. Drag a job onto a tech's column and they receive a text from your shop's dispatch number with all the details. They reply OTW to mark en route, HERE on arrival, and DONE to close it. The next job deploys automatically. Any other message they send becomes a permanent note on that customer's record.
