About the product
Dagmor reviews recorded customer calls for teams that need to know what happened across the whole campaign. Send the recordings and get clear reports without using the application, or work in its Call Log: read a transcript beside the original recording name, use your own script or one drafted from calls, and add a human review. Agents can see Hero Scores. Managers can see conduct, recording coverage and trend reports, plus the customers' words between survey questions and scores. People make the final decisions. Built in Rickie Doherty's Irish call centre; the first campaign can be tried without payment if the team stops there. The published price is €0.04 per recorded minute per campaign.

For product owners
Promote Dagmor
Every listing gets one post to our X and Threads followers. It is seen once, then the traffic stops. Promotion keeps Dagmor in front of people instead.
- Back in the X and Threads rotation: Dagmor gets posted again instead of once.
- A promoted slot on the AppRater homepage, carrying a Promoted badge.
- A direct link to Dagmor from a DR45 site (Ahrefs Domain Rating), with no redirect in between.
- A labelled spot in the weekly email to AppRater subscribers, one promoted app per issue.
- Stays on the first screen however old the listing is, while new submissions push everything else down.
