DrumUp is an intelligent social media management tool, that gives you great content recommendations for you social accounts and also lets you schedule your posts from within the app. All content suggestions are completely personalized based on the keywords you input for each associated account. You can also edit post headlines to add your own voice to the content you curate. Additionally, you can create your own posts an queue the for sharing too.
