Because of time pressure we lose focus when juggling multiple tasks with deadlines closing in at once. Social media makes it easier than ever to „watch one more video“ before starting to work on our tasks. And in a world becoming more complex and overwhelming by the day we struggle to stay motivated and tackle challenging tasks with joy. Flow Lab is a training app for mental and emotional fitness that helps ambitious people to find more focus, motivation, ease and flow in their life. Through the combination of science-based elements of mindfulness meditation with concepts from performance psychology, the personalization of training programs, gamified interaction and progress tracking Flow Lab provides the long-term motivation that is necessary to establish a regular training routine and ultimately improve their mental and emotional fitness.
