You search for the ICD-10 diagnosis and get proximity feedback in five levels: exact ICD, same category, same group, same chapter, or different chapter. A near miss tells you how close your reasoning was, which a plain wrong answer never does. Modes: the daily case; Adrenaline, a case against the clock where a higher dose means less time (5, 3 or 1 minute) and a bigger reward; Archive, to replay past cases and train by specialty; Continents, organized by regional epidemiology; and Multimedia, built on real clinical images and auscultation sounds. After each case, the Anki button creates a card straight from NEXO and opens it in the Anki app, finds your existing cards, and takes the image on image cases. Six languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German and Russian. Streaks, achievements and Global, Group and Universities rankings. Behind the cases is NEXO Core, a knowledge graph of more than 11,500 clinical concepts from 27 reference textbooks, with over 26,000 links between them.
