Gigpie exists because running an education business usually means being the scheduler, the billing department, the reminder service, and the payroll clerk after hours. It puts all of that in one system. You set up your packages and share a checkout link; a parent pays from their phone with a six-digit emailed code and no account. From then on, their whole household books against one shared balance they can check themselves. Coaches keep their own availability current, every session sends its own text and email reminders, and when a coach marks a session complete, the progress note reaches the parent and the pay lands on the coach's tally in the same step. New inquiries from your website, your texts, and your missed calls collect on one board, with an AI phone agent catching what you can't, and automatic review requests and tracked referral links quietly bring in the next family. Test-prep companies also get a built-in question bank with timed, scored practice sets and native video with a shared whiteboard. Free until money moves, then 2% of collections.
