After 15 years in healthcare business development and leadership, I wanted to build a simple solution for workflow and operations to mitigate inefficiencies in patient administration. EHR platforms are built for clinicians and revenue cycle management leaving a gap in effective solutions for early stage patient administration (i.e. referral management, treatment authorizations, scheduling). High administrative volume, urgency, and inefficient communications create lapse or delays in treatment, poor patient experience, and employee burnout.
