NEXO is a daily clinical diagnosis game for physicians and medical students. Every day a new fictional case is published with up to 6 progressive clues. You search for the ICD-10 diagnosis and get proximity feedback in 5 levels: exact code, same category, same group, same chapter, or different chapter. A wrong answer tells you how close you were, so the error itself teaches. Beyond the daily case there are two other modes. Continents brings 103 cases organized by regional epidemiology across Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceania. Multimedia brings 123 cases built on real clinical images and sounds: X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, ECG, endoscopy, colonoscopy, dermoscopy, fundoscopy, physical exam, histopathology, blood smear, karyotype, PET/CT, otoscopy, mammography, colposcopy and cardiac and respiratory auscultation. 649 cases across 25 medical specialties, in 6 languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German and Russian. Global leaderboard, achievements and daily streaks. The daily case is free forever, with no ads. NEXO is not a clinical diagnostic tool.
