Jefe is an AI ordering assistant for restaurants in Spanish-speaking Latin America. It helps restaurants manage direct orders through WhatsApp using restaurant-configured menus and delivery areas. Staff supervise operations and handle exceptions. Jefe is operated by AticoVentures, LLC. Pricing starts at a 5% commission per order, including payment processing. Final rates, taxes, implementation, integrations and support are confirmed in a written proposal.
