Kahrbon is office software that covers two daily jobs. At reception, visitors sign in at a self-service kiosk or at the desk, may acknowledge an NDA during check-in, and their host is e-mailed on arrival and again at check-out. Managers can raise an emergency alert for one site or every site, with I'm safe and I need help buttons, and review visitor analytics such as peak hours and busiest hosts. For meetings, the Note Taker captures Microsoft Teams calls and Claude produces minutes, decisions and owned action items. A 15-day trial needs no card.
