The company is developing multi-party payment solutions to allow as many people as possible to share their recurring costs as a group efficiently. Netflix, Prime Video, HotStar, Zee5, Sony LIV, Gaana, Spotify, Quick Heal, Nord VPN, Dashlane, Microsoft 365, Times of India, Audible, Canva...the choices are abundant, so how do you choose your digital subscriptions? Too many, and they’ll burn a huge hole in your pocket; too few, and you face FOMO. 64% of consumers who intend on subscribing to a new digital service will downgrade or terminate their current subscriptions to make room for a new one. 40% of millennials are signed up for more services than they can afford and feel overwhelmed by the number they manage. Sharing subscriptions with others is also very unorganized and unsafe, with sharers constantly facing insecurity about their payments' and credentials' security. Our mission is to fight a growing problem called Subscription Fatigue. Our goal is to increase the purchasing power of consumers, and improve their access to media and services, with innovative payment solutions. SplitGenie allows users to save time and money by making it easy to share expenses and find the right people to share with. Users can share costs using a digital wallet, and use a group chat to improve communication. Users can also complete a sharing group in a few hours by having a network of trustworthy and reliable people ready to share with, thus saving everyone money. With 90+ digital services listed, SplitGenie thus makes it easy for subscribers to share these recurring fees. No need to ask for reimbursements every month or find yourself alone paying the costs: just describe the subscription to get a link and send it to your co-subscribers. SplitGenie will debit their payment card for the amount agreed upon when the subscription expires.
