About the product

Finding a flat in Spain means phoning agencies in Spanish, in office hours, faster than the next fifty applicants. Marta does the phoning. Paste your Idealista or Fotocasa links; she calls each agency, checks the listing is still available, presents your profile the way Spanish agents expect, asks your dealbreaker questions, and books the viewing into your calendar. Dead listings disappear from your list. You get a recording, a transcript and a summary of every call, and WhatsApp confirmations go to you and the agency. When an agent refuses to talk to an AI, a native Spanish speaker takes over. Marta says she is an AI in her first sentence. Pricing is per Result - a listing where a human answered - not per call: 3 free Results to start, then packs from 49 EUR. Built for expats and anyone who hates cold-calling landlords.
