Overdue tasks or processes can be identified by color-coded progress bars and red alerts outlining imminent or past due dates. Tasks can be delegated to the relevant team members when a process is created, and due dates can be set automatically based on pre-set parameters and trigger rules. Users can comment on tasks using the chat tool so that all conversations, files, and updates are attached to that particular chat. With the form functionality, users can extract important data from chat comments, emails, and attachments, and control who, when, and how users provide process information.
