Don't pick your future. Test it. OffLadder is a free career exploration tool for people who don't know what to do next — teenagers, parents helping them, and adults thinking about changing direction. Instead of a personality type or a list of job titles, it suggests a few directions worth exploring and one small, real thing to try for each, so you learn what the work actually feels like. A coach called Laddie remembers what you've tried, and where it can, points at genuinely local openings with the source page attached. Built for a world where AI is changing jobs faster than careers advice can keep up.
