OWLR is a free monitoring app (key word being free) that provides secured live streaming, allowing you to monitor your baby, home or cute set of paws from where ever you are at the palm of your hand (technically speaking, mobile). It is easy to set up with any IP camera (less than counting to 30 sheep) and easy to function via app with its slick and clean interface that won't confuse you with any high tech jargon talk either.
