About the product
Patterns is a private OCD journal and ERP practice companion built from my lived experience with OCD, research, therapist input, and subsequent user feedback. It helps people record experiences and reflect on patterns while recognizing that tracking itself can sometimes become checking. No account or cloud journal sync is required; personal entries stay on the device. It is a self-help tool, not therapy or diagnosis.
