Pensday is an iPhone app for people on weekly GLP-1 medications like Mounjaro, Zepbound, Ozempic and Wegovy. It reminds you on your pen day, logs each pen with its injection site, and plots your estimated medication level against your weigh-ins and side effects, so you can see what each dose step did. Pensday Plus adds an on-device body scan with fat and muscle estimates and AI food logging for protein. Pen tracking, reminders and side-effect logging are free.
