NEXO is a daily clinical diagnosis game for physicians and medical students. Every day a new fictional case with real clinical presentation is published with up to six progressive clues. You search for the ICD-10 diagnosis and get proximity feedback in five levels: exact ICD, same category, same group, same chapter, or different chapter. A near miss tells you how close your reasoning was, which a plain wrong answer never does. Modes: the daily case; Adrenaline, a case against the clock where a higher dose means less time (5, 3 or 1 minute) and a bigger reward; Archive, to replay past cases and train by specialty; Continents, organized by regional epidemiology; and Multimedia, built on real clinical images and auscultation sounds. After each case, the Anki button creates a card straight from NEXO and opens it in the Anki app, finds your existing cards, and takes the image on image cases.
