The employee works the self-appraisal from objectives set and met, the rating scale and a self-rating, with example comments beside the numbers; the manager works the final comments into an outcome, the merit increase the rating carries, the new salary and the objectives carried forward. Free, no account. Pro keeps every employee's objectives, self-appraisal, rating, comments and outcome against the review period, calibrated across the team. Nothing here is a merit matrix or an HR rule; every figure is yours.
