Freelancers can join for free to work on posted projects in exchange for honest testimonials they can use to increase their social-proof on their own websites or email campaigns, and to launch their paying freelancing career with a portfolio of work and reviews. Sponsors can post projects and hire Freelancers for absolutely no cost per project. Sponsors just pay a fixed fee-per-month for unlimited access to all Freelancers on the site, and the promise of providing a testimonial for every Freelancer they hire.
