Skill-kits is a local-first desktop utility for developers who work with multiple AI coding agents. It scans the exact local directories that agents actually read, then shows every Skill as enabled, disabled, invalid, read-only, global, or project-scoped across Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and custom agents.

The tool helps developers inspect agent-readable Skill directories, understand plugin and native Skill boundaries, identify stale or drifted project deployments, and safely enable or disable Skills through the filesystem-backed state each agent already uses. It is a quiet, local-native workbench rather than a cloud marketplace or launcher.
