About the product

We bring a new level of personalization in fitness coaching, getting rid of the main cost driver – face time. So, instead of $50-100 per hour with a traditional/on-call trainer, you get a 1-on-1 coach for $99 a month. The app matches you with a certified fitness trainer, you have a kick-start call where you share all the necessary information, and then your coach manually creates personal interactive workout plans, monitors your progress, answers any questions, and motivates you to keep going. The idea of Stry is to provide personalized coaching without expensive hourly fees. You work out independently with the app and always stay connected with a coach for any questions.
