TaxDome was founded by Victor and Ilya Radzinsky. They brothers have been working in the tax and accounting space since 2009 when they built a custom practice management solution for a New York accounting firm. The software allowed the tax firm to grow their team to over 70, increase efficiencies, improve client satisfaction and drive revenues. Victor and Ilya realized they had a “secret sauce” to building operational success and launched TaxDome, a SaaS platform, in March 2017.
