Trackado is a cloud-based contract management solution which enables users to manage the full contract lifecycle, with milestone tracking, automated deadline & task reminders, contact and business partner records, payment obligation management, revenue insights, and more.
Trackado includes a centralized document repository which gives users a complete overview of their organization’s contract portfolio. Contract files can be uploaded directly into the system, or users can link to files elsewhere in their own network or a cloud storage system. Contracts can be registered and searched by business partner, category, department, and more. Users can view all of their payment obligations, and the potential revenue for each contract, and the full contract lifecycle can be managed, including any changes or amendments. Built-in dashboards also give users insights into upcoming activities, costs, and revenues, notifications, and recent contract additions.
Users can register contract milestones and events in Trackado, such as reviews or cancellations, and assign these to specific users to generate automated reminders for deadlines, tasks, and activities. Trackado also includes a business partners module which enables users to store information and contact details for all external and internal contract parties in a single location. Users can also view the activities and contracted related to each partner. A range of reports, charts, and widgets are built into the system, and users can also download data to work on in Excel.
