Clauselane is two free worksheets and one paid record for the US legal team of one to five people in a company of fifty to five hundred. The first takes the contracts on the register, their average term, notice period and value, and returns the renewals and notice deadlines falling due in the window you choose and the value riding on them. The second takes one contract's term, months elapsed, notice period and value and returns its days remaining, the days until its notice deadline, its remaining value and what one renewal is worth.
