About the product

Remove video backgrounds with AI while preserving motion and audio. VideoBGRemover helps creators and motion designers prepare isolated subjects for editing or composited clips for presentations and product videos. Preview a transparent background, a solid color or an uploaded still image, then export transparent WebM or composited MP4; eligible workflows also support ProRes MOV. Trial credits are available, followed by paid credit packs from $9 or monthly plans from $12. Built by Chaowen Tan, an independent developer. It processes recorded video; it does not generate video or replace the background with moving video.

Promote VideoBGRemover

Every listing gets one post to our X and Threads followers. It is seen once, then the traffic stops. Promotion keeps VideoBGRemover in front of people instead.

  • Back in the X and Threads rotation. VideoBGRemover gets posted again instead of once.
  • A promoted slot on the AppRater homepage, carrying a Promoted badge.
  • A labelled spot in the weekly email to AppRater subscribers, one promoted app per issue.
  • Stays on the first screen however old the listing is, while new submissions push everything else down.
