About the product

Every small employer that runs shifts writes a rota, and for most of them it lives in a spreadsheet, a group chat and one person's head. Weekrota is two free worksheets and one paid record for the UK employer with five to eighty people on shifts. The first lays the week out: days open, shifts a day, people on each shift and hours a shift, and returns the rota hours in the week, the hours per person, what the week costs at your hourly rate and how that sits against the hours you have contracted. The second turns a salaried person's pay into an hourly rate, a loaded cost with employer on-costs and the price of the rota week you have just given them. Both compute in the page with no account and no trial clock.

For product owners

Promote Weekrota

Every listing gets one post to our X and Threads followers. It is seen once, then the traffic stops. Promotion keeps Weekrota in front of people instead.

  • Back in the X and Threads rotation. Weekrota gets posted again instead of once.
  • A promoted slot on the AppRater homepage, carrying a Promoted badge.
  • A labelled spot in the weekly email to AppRater subscribers, one promoted app per issue.
  • Stays on the first screen however old the listing is, while new submissions push everything else down.
