NEXO is a daily clinical diagnosis game for physicians and medical students. Every day a new fictional case with real clinical presentation is published with up to six progressive clues. You search for the ICD-10 diagnosis and get proximity feedback in five levels: exact ICD, same category, same group, same chapter, or different chapter. A near miss tells you how close your reasoning was, which a plain wrong answer never does. Modes: the daily case; Adrenaline, a case against the clock where a higher dose means less time (5, 3 or 1 minute) and a bigger reward; Archive, to replay past cases and train by specialty; Continents, organized by regional epidemiology; and Multimedia, built on real clinical images and auscultation sounds. After each case, the Anki button creates a card straight from NEXO and opens it in the Anki app, finds your existing cards, and takes the image on image cases. Six languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German and Russian. Streaks, achievements and Global, Group and Universities rankings. Behind the cases is NEXO Core, a knowledge graph of more than 11,500 clinical concepts from 27 reference textbooks, with over 26,000 links between them. Every case is checked against that graph before approval. The daily case is free forever, with no ads.
