Zevi is an AI-based e-commerce search and discovery solution that enables brands to deliver seamless shopping experiences to their customers. Zevi has two key offerings: Chatscout: a shopping assistant that simplifies product searches in the ChatGPT interface, with the ability to customise the assistant’s personality. Neural search: Search that delivers accurate results and suggestions by understanding customers intent and searches by meaning. It also has a recomendation logic that works based on user preference and performance of products.
