Bidtally by Atesen Software helps E-rate applicants review bid spreadsheets and evaluation matrices in their browser. It checks Form 470 dates, scores bids using the applicant's matrix and prepares evaluation memos and funding-request worksheets. The sample and on-screen check are free; downloadable files for your own bids require a paid licence. Applicants must review the results and make their own procurement decisions. Independent software, not affiliated with USAC or the FCC, and not a replacement for official review.
