We help companies build custom, dedicated support teams based on their exact needs. We handle the recruiting, HR, IT, facilities and provide co-management and consulting support along the way. Connext was originally established in 2014 to address specific pain points we experienced in the traditional outsourcing model. The company has grown from a local business services provider to a booming global enterprise with a growth rate exceeding 80%. Since 2019, we have doubled our growth and now support middle-market companies across the United States and Europe.
