About the product

Communication through a self-hosted service provides the most privacy and control, but is available only to the very tech savvy. Databag hopes to break that barrier by supporting self-hosted communication on consumer electronics. As Databag seeks partnerships with hardware companies, the service is growing as a traditional self-hosted communication service while supporting OpenWrt routers as a proof of concept.
