About the product
It is an app blocker that never locks you out. Rules block distracting apps outright, cap them with a daily budget, or end each sitting as a session, and they run by schedule, by place, or in a window of the week, enforced through Apple Screen Time so they hold with the app closed and offline. Getting back into a blocked app always works, but it costs fifteen minutes and ends the clean streak you have built. That is long enough for most urges to pass, and expensive enough that you want to keep the streak. Free plan is five rules with no account.
