Medfolio is a free iPhone and Android app for keeping personal medical records together and searchable. Import PDFs or photos, scan paper reports, and find records using text recognized on your phone. Keep lab reports, prescriptions, and imaging reports alongside their original documents. Importing, text recognition, and search work offline, with no Medfolio account required. Medfolio organizes records; it does not interpret results or provide diagnoses or treatment advice.
