About the product
MirrorCaption turns any spoken conversation into live captions and live translation on screen, as people talk. Open it in a browser, on your phone, or on your Mac or Windows desktop, press start, and both sides of the conversation read what is being said in their own language within about a second — real-time simultaneous interpretation without an interpreter, a plugin, or a download.
It was built for the moment a conversation goes multilingual and nobody wants to slow down: a support engineer in Manchester on a Teams call with a supplier in Shenzhen. A clinic front desk registering a patient who speaks Ukrainian. A sales team running a demo for a prospect in São Paulo. And the lecture hall — an international student following a fast-paced lecture in a second language, reading live translated captions in their own language while the lecturer keeps talking, then leaving with a full transcript and summary instead of half a page of notes.
What it does:
- Live captions and simultaneous translation in 60+ languages, streaming word by word instead of waiting for the sentence to end
- Works with any audio source — Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Webex, a phone on the table, or an in-person meeting in a conference room. Nothing to install, no meeting bot to invite
- Automatic speaker detection, so a five-person meeting still tells you who said what
