Mornio is a heavy-sleeper alarm for iPhone. To turn the alarm off you scan a real barcode you set in advance, like your toothpaste or your coffee, so you have to actually get out of bed to stop it. An optional Wake Check pings you a minute later to confirm you stayed up. Built on Apple AlarmKit. No account, no ads, fully on-device.

It is an app blocker that never locks you out. Rules block distracting apps outright, cap them with a daily budget, or end each sitting as a session, and they run by schedule, by place, or in a window of the week, enforced through Apple Screen Time so they hold with the app closed and offline. Getting back into a blocked app always works, but it costs fifteen minutes and ends the clean streak you have built.
