About the product

RabbitWork is project time tracking for service businesses: consultancies, law firms, agencies, architecture and engineering offices, and IT teams. Your team logs hours by manual entry, timer, the Chrome extension, or automatic entries for allocated people, without screenshots or activity monitoring. Each project gets a selling rate and each person an hourly cost, so you see in real time the budget used, what to bill, and the margin left. Weekly timesheets, approvals and reminders, capacity per person, Kanban tasks, branded PDF reports, Excel/CSV export and a REST API with webhooks. The Chrome extension also tracks time inside Trello, Jira, Asana and Notion. Free plan for up to 2 users. 14-day trial of the paid plan, no credit card.

For product owners

Promote RabbitWork

Every listing gets one post to our X and Threads followers. It is seen once, then the traffic stops. Promotion keeps RabbitWork in front of people instead.

  • Back in the X and Threads rotation. RabbitWork gets posted again instead of once.
  • A promoted slot on the AppRater homepage, carrying a Promoted badge.
  • A labelled spot in the weekly email to AppRater subscribers, one promoted app per issue.
  • Stays on the first screen however old the listing is, while new submissions push everything else down.

Quarterly promotion
