About the product
Scary Productive is a behaviour training extension — it scares the hell out of you to train away visiting procrastinating websites when you shouldn't. Add a website you want to block in the options and when you try to go to a blocked page you will be redirected to a special video that will make you jump. Active days & times Choose the days and intervals during the day when you want to block websites. For example set the Active days only to work days and add the time interval to 09:00 – 17:00 so you won’t procrastinate at work or at school.

For product owners
Promote Scary Productive
Every listing gets one post to our X and Threads followers. It is seen once, then the traffic stops. Promotion keeps Scary Productive in front of people instead.
- Back in the X and Threads rotation: Scary Productive gets posted again instead of once.
- A promoted slot on the AppRater homepage, carrying a Promoted badge.
- A direct link to Scary Productive from a DR45 site (Ahrefs Domain Rating), with no redirect in between.
- A labelled spot in the weekly email to AppRater subscribers, one promoted app per issue.
- Stays on the first screen however old the listing is, while new submissions push everything else down.
