About the product

VoxMail amplifies your customer's voice and aims to make your business as contactable as possible, in the least disruptive manner possible. No more missing out on leads or important customer queries and less time spent answering phones and dealing with live chat queries. Our tool can be easily embedded into your website, allowing your customers to quickly leave you a voice message or typed message in any language. This message will be transcribed, translated if different to your business language, and also summarised if quite a long message. This will all get wrapped up and sent to your business inbox, with the audio file attached. You simply click reply to your email whenever suits you best.
