Raconte
Raconte is an AI interviewer that holds voice conversations for you. You write a prompt describing what you want to learn, then send a link by email or share it however you like. Each person answers from their browser whenever they have a moment, with nothing to install. The AI asks your questions, follows up when an answer stays vague, and adapts to what it hears. A few seconds after the call ends, you get the full transcript, the sentiment message by message and a summary. Interviews run in English and French. Other languages are available on request.
Teams point it at product discovery, customer feedback, churn and cancellation interviews, testimonials, candidate pre-screening and exit interviews, anywhere a form would return a rating and two words. Nobody books a slot, so thirty interviews take about as much work as five. Code and AI agents reach the same features through a REST API, an MCP server, webhooks and a TypeScript SDK, so an agent can create an interview, send the invitations and read the transcripts back on its own. Every organization gets a generous free tier of interview minutes each month, then calls are billed by the minute of active speech.
