Nao mobile app is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based virtual talk therapist and an AI friend that helps treat your depression/ADHD/anxiety and improve your mental well-being. You can talk to Nao’s chatbot and AI assistant “Ashlee” when you are depressed and get replies every time. You can record your feelings for up to 30 seconds and choose your emotion: Excited, Happy, Calm, Sad, and Angry. Then Ashlee will respond to you with positive feedback to get you organized. Not only sharing, but reflecting on your feelings has a positive effect on your mind, makes your self-esteem grow, and helps you to stay focused. In all, it will have a positive impact on your mental health.
